Great location, lovely staff, especially the breakfast staff in the morning who always greet you with a smile and so helpful! Security staff were always so polite and again greet with a smile, so kind and interactive with my children as well. It was a lovely stay and the bed was SO comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it!! Pool was also appreciated and used daily by the kids which was a great way to keep them occupied as it was way too hot to be out until late afternoon. Hotel was very clean and had the option of housekeeping every day, the staff were very friendly and was happy with the cleaning. A great place to stay if you want an affordable place but a little more than average!

The hotel is new and the room is clean and the living room was very spacious. Staff are helpful and they usually attend your needs within 5 minutes. Breakfast was good. It's 30+ floors tower but there is 5 quick elevators. The sea view was really nice.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. The location in West Bay is great, close to City Mall and not far from the beaches. The breakfast was tasty, although the variety of choices was somewhat limited. The pool was warm and clean, and the gym was well-equipped. A special mention goes to the staff, who made our stay truly enjoyable. They were kind and friendly at every level of the hotel, including the reception, restaurant, and pool area. We encountered a small issue in our room, but the staff responded promptly and professionally. They even left us a handwritten apology along with a small gift, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future!

We had a fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on 11th floor. It was huge. Even had a utility room with a washing machine. We were given 6 bottles of water each day, complimentary. Breakfast was adequate, you could pay a nominal charge for extra things like Eggs Benedict/Omelette/Pancakes. It has a lovely indoor swimming pool and a great gym on 34th floor. A licensed sports bar on 33rd floor and a snack bar on the ground floor.
